Dr Alcox listens and truly cares about me. The nurse was professional and friendly. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and professional.

Dr. Alcox is a fine, professional doctor who is experienced, knowledgeable, and caring. He is concerned about the whole patient when dealing with me. He has a good and caring competent staff working with him.

I feel so unworthily blessed to have Dr. Alcox as a provider of healthcare and trusted source of wisdom in balancing risks during decision making. He treats the whole person with care and respect. He has been the primary care provider for my husband and me for 22 years, even prior to the existence of St.Luke’s East facility. We have long term and complicated health problems which would be difficult for an inexperienced physician to handle, but Dr. Alcox has not ever given us a wrong diagnosis or anything but the best options for medical treatment. I pray that the new BJC healthcare relationship realizes the valuable resource of this kind provider.

I have had exceptional treatment/experiences with Dr. Alcox and his staff. So much so, that I have referred many coworkers to him and my parents are now patients of his as well.

After I see my doctor he has his nurse come in the exam room, and she schedules the next appointment and lab appointment. Very efficient and saves the patient from going to another desk to make an appointment!
