He was good at answering questions, but was lacking in volunteering information. For example, I needed to have a suture trimmed, which he did during the appointment. No additional information or instructions were given at that time. Once I got home, I sent a message via MyChart to ask why the suture had started to pass, if this was something to be concerned about, and what to do if another suture presented itself. I received answers at that time. All of the questions I asked after the appointment were things I feel should have been addressed during the visit without prompting.
