I was impressed with the way that Dr. Hearty deeply listened to my comments. It felt as if we were just chatting, yet later that same day when the MyChart info came out, I found my comments reported accurately. He was completely tuned in to my questions, concerns, and recovery.

To get his appointment is very hard.. he wanted to see me in 4 weekss. his office was closed so they told me that i will call to maake appointment.. They never called... i called 3 times.. finally today i got appointment too be sseen on 15th..
