One thing I really appreciated was he didn't rush me out the door when we passed our slotted timeframe. He answered all my questions, and I left encouraged that I'll get most, if not all, my arm range back. But was also honest, that it will take time.

Tom is an amazing physical therapist. He provides the right level of home activities and knows how to keep expectations in check and the timelines to see certain levels of progress.
