It is appreciated when a doctor takes time and explains things and not just treat you like a number and onto the next patient. I have experienced that with some places I have gone to. I feel like I am treated like a person and my health is taking very seriously.

The fact that Dr. C remembers all the details about me when he sees me makes me feel like he's really paying attention to me as a person, and he treats me like a partner in the process - it's not a one-way dialogue.
