Dr. Chattathil puts you at ease. He also explains things in a way you can understand and provides an explanation of why he is ordering tests, consults, and scans. He easy to talk with and he listens to my concerns.

I am very pleased with the professional manner in which Dr. Chattathil has shown every time I have attended his office. Not only is he professional but also very knowledgeable and courteous. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I give them a very good rating due to their great customer service.

The fact that Dr. C remembers all the details about me when he sees me makes me feel like he's really paying attention to me as a person, and he treats me like a partner in the process - it's not a one-way dialogue.
