I came 40 minutes early from my appointment, the receptionist is doing great job. The doctor and the nurse they are not good for me. I the nurse called me and put me in the room. My appointment time is 10.10, but I’m waiting the room for 45 minutes. Immediately I ask the nurse, she told me, you have to sit back to the and wait sometimes. The doctor is busy. I will inform her. I told her, I’m waiting for other 10 minutes, the doctor is not coming, I would like to cancel the appointment, I told her like that, that day was very horrible
