Very happy with her service

I just established care with this doctor and I am so glad I did. Other doctors didn't listen to what I had to say and just wanted to prescribe medication. Dr. Win listened, gave advice, is exploring all options for my health needs. Not once did I feel brushed off or rushed at my visit. She's outstanding.

Dr Win is the flip side of what I was experiencing with my previous provider at Renown. She assisted me with turning me my health completely around in less than nine short months with her short, concise and accurate advice and leading me in the proper direction to being the healthiest that I can become at my age and circumstances. Her listening skills are exceptional. I might have to wait a bit for her as she does fall a bit behind in her schedule, but I realize that is because she spends so much time with each of her patients. Including me. She is a gem. My husband switched to her practice, also.

She listens to her patients well, excellent bed side manner. Respectful to patient's condition and their needs. I am a doctor myself and she does spend time to review and formulate a treatment plan well.

Dr. Win goes the extra mile to provide compassionate and evidence based care. She recently saw my 18 yo daughter for this first time who was anxious about seeing someone other than her pediatrician. She took the time to ask her questions, listen to her issues, listed options available and together they decided on a plan. My daughter was so impressed by the depth of her knowledge and looks forward to her follow up appointment in 3 months. She truly is one of the best primary care providers my family has ever had. Please take excellent care of her so she stays at Renown.

Dr Win listened to my concerns, provided explanations to my question that were easy to understood, and ensured I knew the treatment plan going forward. She involved me in the treatment plan so that imparted a feeling of respect for me, which I appreciated immensely. I never felt minimized or ridiculed for asking a question as I had with my last primary care provider.

During my first visit to establish Dr. Win as my PCP, she was professional, informative, and a good-listener. I felt like she genuinely cared about my health and appreciated that she asked about my thoughts on the treatment plan. I left my prior PCP because I didn’t feel he showed concern for my health complaints and that he was dismissive of my questions. Dr. Win was refreshing as opposed to him.

She also takes meticulous notes on conditions we discussed and recommendations she made; and posts them all to MyChart, as well as giving me a physical copy on my visit. She also reviews, copies and keeps a copy of my recent [ ] test.
