Dr. Win is always through with her exam, listens carefully to what I say and answers my questions. She takes time to explain my conditions and treatments. and she is not afraid to say she does not know the answer when she doesn't. I respect that she is honest and is wise in treating my conditions. I'm sorry that she is leaving the practice and I will miss her medical care!

Dr. Win is an excellent provider. She explains things clearly, answers my questions and provides context to her answers, includes me in my treatment plan and always makes me feel like I’m her only patient. So many times I’ve encountered doctors who seem distracted and in a hurry. This is not Dr. Win. She is great!

Dr. Win is one of the best doctors I have had at Renown. She spent more time with me than any other doctor I have ever had. She thoroughly went over my medical history covering the last 10 years. I felt that she sincerely cared about me and my medical conditions.

Dr Win demonstrated that she had thoroughly updated herself with my case and asked a lot of questions about my history and what’s been done to date outside Renown with other specialists. Also I advised her that I am being referred to [ ] for further evaluation in [ ]. She agreed with this referral by Dr [ ] from Center of Hope.

At first I was a little concerned about Dr. Win since her medical education started in a foreign country but my experience with her as a physician has changed my mind. She listens and explains her diagnosis and treatment plan thoroughly. Unlike many new young physicans who seem to do a computerized diagnosis and treatment plan she obviously reasons out my problem and treatment plan taking into account my other conditions and medications. She discusses the treatment options with me, tells me what to expect and what the next steps might be. Unlike many new physicians she is not afraid to actually do a physical exam and poke and prod the appropriate places to assist in making the diagnosis. When one of my [ ] came back showing that I was [ ] she called me at home right away and alerted me of the problem, made sure I was OK and odered more tests to identify the cause of the problem. I am very happy with my care and thankful to have her as my primary care physician!
