Jessica and her MA, Kimberly are wonderful. I enjoying seeing them both. They are so efficient in their jobs and I always leave without questions.

I did not think the visit needed improvement.

Jessica takes so much time with me and I never feel rushed. She explains her thought process and makes me feel heard and cared for.

EVERYONE!! The care and courtesy, attention and compassion I received was an example of the care we should receive at any and all medical facilities.Then, in comes this wonderful Angel of a NP, who not only remembers me, but has been concerned for my well-being. She asks the questions you want asked when you are seeing your primary..I felt well taken care of and actually genuinely cared for! Thank you all so much! This is why when Jessica left the, I followed her. I can’t get this kind of care just anywhere.

Jessica Theriern Was very thorough very easy to talk to. She had a lot of information for me to follow after my stay in the hospital. She’s very good nurse practitioner

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I’ve seen many doctors and nurse practitioners over the years, but my recent visit with Jessica was one of the best experiences I’ve had. She was thorough, reviewed my past visits, asked thoughtful questions, and created a clear follow-up for me. I appreciated that she took the time to look for the root cause of my BP issues and that I never felt rushed during the appointment. Her professionalism and genuine care and sweet nature made this visit stand out as exceptional.

Jessica was excellent! She listened to want I wanted to address with care and kindness. I love the Edwardsville BJC Clinic. All of the staff and Dr.’s and Jessica NP have been excellent.

We moved here about a year and a half ago and finding new doctors is always a challenge. But after my first visit with Jessica I knew I was in the right place. During today’s visit I was extremely emotional due to juggling a lot of change and she was so incredibly patient but still kept the visit on track. She thoughtfully reviewed my meds and made necessary adjustments.
