Jessica Therien, FNP is fantastic. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. She always makes sure our questions are answered. We recommend her 100%!
I don’t want to forget her nurses…. They are also fantastic!!

Jessica is fabulous. She takes her time with me, always wants my input on any treatments or labs.

The office staff is always very polite and helpful. I always get in on my appointment time. The whole building is very clean, and Jessica is amazing. She's a great provider, and I'm really glad that I found her as a provider because she's very helpful and helping in my health needs.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I had send an extensive document with many complex questions regarding my husbands disease, medications and current symptoms. Nurse Practioner Jessica Therien read it before coming in to the exam room and took as much time as we needed to address each and every question. I was so overwhelmed before this appointment but felt that she heard my concerns and truly cared about every symptom. My husband has a terminal disease that has many hard to handle symptoms. I am so thankful for her knowledge and dedication to see that we are heard and can obtain the best care possible. I hope she does not leave this office.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Jessica and staff were amazing and great with my two rambunctious boys. We never felt rushed through any questions, and they offered great medical care as well as parenting advice for some topics I asked for help with.

Jessica provided a safe environment for me to express my health related concerns, she listened to each one, and created a cohesive plan to address each of my issues. I left my appointment feeling taken care of fully.

Jessica Therien is pretty dern super! She spent almost an hour with me, ensuring all my questions and concerns were answered. I am so impressed by her dedication and also the breadth of her medical knowledge. I’m very lucky to have found her and I hope she sticks around! She always responds almost immediately to my messages in the patient portal.

Went for my 1st appointment with Jessica Therien . I really liked her and look forward to her helping me with my health . She listened well and gave me a plan that hopefully will help improve health .

I think that the customer service that you guys have is phenomenal. Jessica Theron was very thorough with everything that I needed, my meds, my doctors, my specialists, and she actually was very empathetic. It seems like she cares to, well, it made me feel like she cares that of the treatment I'm taking. So I would recommend it 100%.

Jessica NP listened and asked questions and offered multiple solutions for me.
I told her all about my asthma and she recommended meds to help me!

Yes, I was very satisfied with the attention I got for my issues that I had when I got there. Jessica and the nurses that come in. They were professional. They were courteous. Treat me very well. And I would come back anytime. I would tell a lot of people that they're very good people.

The entire staff was so kind and helpful, it's been the best experience I've had in a medical office by far.
coming from NYC has been difficult looking great medical doctors, to have almost all of them in one place is a blessing. So thank you!

I Love Jessica Therien as my Doctor! She is very thorough and listens to my concerns and explain things to me very well.
I want my daughter to also have her as her doctor as well.
She is the Best doctor I've ever seen. Thank-you BJC staff as well. It's a great system they have to treat all your issues in one place. I Love it! ❤️

I don't feel like I was being listened to at all during my visit because the NP was more focused on finding me a new provider. I have never been to another doctor where majority of the visit they spent trying to find me a different provider & focus less on my issues.

Persistent great care by both Nurse and NP Therien! Confident in their care, consideration and advice. Very knowledgeable, clearly explain things. Always attuned to my unique home care situation and mobility challenges.

My visit was great. The only complaint I have is that my appointment time was at 7:30 a.m. in the morning. I did not see the provider until 8 a.m. So it was 30 minutes behind schedule. That was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
