The entire staff was so kind and helpful, it's been the best experience I've had in a medical office by far.
coming from NYC has been difficult looking great medical doctors, to have almost all of them in one place is a blessing. So thank you!

I Love Jessica Therien as my Doctor! She is very thorough and listens to my concerns and explain things to me very well.
I want my daughter to also have her as her doctor as well.
She is the Best doctor I've ever seen. Thank-you BJC staff as well. It's a great system they have to treat all your issues in one place. I Love it! ❤️

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I don't feel like I was being listened to at all during my visit because the NP was more focused on finding me a new provider. I have never been to another doctor where majority of the visit they spent trying to find me a different provider & focus less on my issues.

Persistent great care by both Nurse and NP Therien! Confident in their care, consideration and advice. Very knowledgeable, clearly explain things. Always attuned to my unique home care situation and mobility challenges.

Dr. Therien is compassionate, very thorough, answers questions so I understand them, very intelligent and on top of that, she is very personable. Love my doctor.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My visit was great. The only complaint I have is that my appointment time was at 7:30 a.m. in the morning. I did not see the provider until 8 a.m. So it was 30 minutes behind schedule. That was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

My experience on 12/1 was excellent. Jessica Thieren took her time listening to me and her bedside manner was great. She also followed up with me the next day on the portal regarding lab results.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my appointment with Jessica. A bit long but no big deal really.

Jessica and her MA, Kimberly are wonderful. I enjoying seeing them both. They are so efficient in their jobs and I always leave without questions.

EVERYONE!! The care and courtesy, attention and compassion I received was an example of the care we should receive at any and all medical facilities.Then, in comes this wonderful Angel of a NP, who not only remembers me, but has been concerned for my well-being. She asks the questions you want asked when you are seeing your primary..I felt well taken care of and actually genuinely cared for! Thank you all so much! This is why when Jessica left the, I followed her. I can’t get this kind of care just anywhere.

I’ve seen many doctors and nurse practitioners over the years, but my recent visit with Jessica was one of the best experiences I’ve had. She was thorough, reviewed my past visits, asked thoughtful questions, and created a clear follow-up for me. I appreciated that she took the time to look for the root cause of my BP issues and that I never felt rushed during the appointment. Her professionalism and genuine care and sweet nature made this visit stand out as exceptional.
