Keeping someone waiting, especially when they've checked in early, is unacceptable. Other patients came & went while I was there. After nearly 1 HOUR I had to go to the desk & ask why. I was told I was next, and then someone called me in. Not one apology.

Theresa is an ideal provider. She gave me tons of support before, during, and after my procedure. She's top-notch, definitely a cloner. She's got a good sense of humor, knows her stuff, very smart, and knows her patients well. Thank you.

They were awesome all around from the minute we went there till now with post-op follow-ups. Would highly recommend them to everybody. They made my son very comfortable. Very, very good. Five stars. Two thumbs up.

After being brought into the room and speaking to the nurse, I waited over 10 minutes to finally see the physician's assistant. And the only reason she came in at all was because I went out in the hall and asked if someone would please come in.
