She probably was as confused as I was. We just dconnect. I got really anxious. Felt very uncomfortable with her line of questions about med, history, etc. This was a follow-up not new patient appointment.

She didn’t even read the notes out in by Kathy the nurse about medicine. Her question was Do you need any medication refills from Dr. Chemma
Never had prescribed any medicine! Can’t even read the notes that the nurse took the time to put in
