Very respectable, and took time to explain, and review actual images, x-rays, and written responses placed in notes by professionals like ER doctor and radiologist.

Again, my primary care nurse practitioner thought the urologist would address the fluid retention on my left knee, but the urologist said I would have to see my primary care nurse practitioner about that. Meanwhile, I have been dealing with this pain and limited mobility for weeks now while being bounced around by the medical people ... otherwise, Theresa L Hollnagel was thorough in her treatment of my kidney stone issue.
