Comfortable person to be around

This was the first time I’ve ever filled out a survey in such a negative way about a provider. I’ve also never called back to reschedule an appointment just to avoid seeing the same provider again. I felt that Dr. Frith’s bedside manner was very poor and she didn’t listen to me. She also seemed to have not looked at anything the assistant entered in the chart or talked with her at all prior to coming in.
