Listened then talk to me about my history and how my eyes were doing very well considering the surgeries I had in the past. She made me feel very comfortable talking to her about it my concerns

I felt the eye exam was rushed. My past experiences had the doctors spending more time determining the exact eye prescription.

Care provided was kind but did not feel thorough and not much was explained. From another health care provider, this is not acceptable standard of care.

I asked about a different procedure and Deena said they don't do that here. Dr Frith came in the room asked a couple questions, did a couple things and said we're done here. Nothing like said has done in the past. I felt she was professionally rude. I'm not sure if Deena said something to here or she was trying to make up time, but I will not be back to her.
