To make an appointment with the center location was hard! I left messages and no one got back to me. I have to call 3 or 4 times before getting someone

They moved my appointment to the Camden office and the doctor showed up about 20 minutes late. I didn't actually see the doctor until almost 9 o'clock and I had to get back to work. Actually, I had to go look for him. As a result, she wasn't quite prepared, talked to me about my history and whatnot. But overall, it was a good appointment, but I think the Camden office or Camden Sound needs to be improved.

Impressed with how well versed Dr DiSandro is about my case history and how proactive she has been in finding solutions to my medical problems. I feel very comfortable and confident in her care plan

I found the medical assistant to be very nice and the doctor was equally as nice and very helpful. She has a wonderful personality and everyone else I came in contact with was very professional and kind. They were all very good at making me feel comfortable.

Dr.DiSandro is an excellent gastroenterologist. She is knowledgeable and skilled. She has a great bedside manner and included my daughter, who has Down Syndrome, and myself in her treatment plan. She asked my daughter open ended questions and patiently l highly recommend her.

When our longtime gastro physician recently retired, Dr. Disandro came very highly recommended by our longtime primary physician. Dr Disandro and her staff made my wife and I feel very comfortable on our first visit to this office. She spend a lot of time familiarizing herself with our gastrointestinal history and current needs. She put together a solid plan for both of us to tackle our current issues. We couldn't be happier with our visit!

Dr. DiSandro was very informative about my condition. She really explained to me in detail how this condition works and gave me very important facts on how to deal with it, what to look for and very importantly the symptoms. She also explained how to overcome dietary changes. What really impressed me was her statement "Take Baby Steps" ... that comment helped me dearly she didn't know how overwhelmed I was!! WHAT INSIGHT on her part!!!

Dr. DiSandro took the time to LISTEN to me. I have been dealing with IBS for over 20+ years and I was always told that I needed more fiber, and it will get better and it sounded like it was always dietary. She heard my concerns and asked me more questions than anybody ever did and I appreciate the time she took and I feel hopeful and not so lost and defeated.

I've been seeing Dr. DiSandro for over about seven years. She's always so welcoming and so kind and I feel like she really listens to me and is very empathetic and I wouldn't change a thing about her care and I'll continue to follow her wherever she goes. I would like to recommend that Virtua do a better job of coordinating its on-site visits as I have shown up for two visits where the building assignment for gastroenterology had changed and I was not advised and this is no reflection on Dr. DiSandro but has happened to me twice. The second time I almost missed my appointment because I had to drive to another location on short notice. So I just wanted to offer that. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with Dr. DiSandro herself and hope that you're giving her all the support that she needs as a big health organization. Thank you very much.

Dr. DiSandro is an excellent GI doctor. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. She listened carefully to my concerns explained the treatment options for my daughter who has Down Syndrome. Together we came up with a treatment plan. The office was well-organized and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
