She went above and beyond even GIVING me a [ ], taking time to teach me more about the [ ] experience which the [ ] provider never did. I had actually PAID [ ] from [ ] Out of pocket for help and the correct hose. Not on senior care plus insurance. Another story. Theresa is like a life raft for me. Much more than just a doc!

It was a phone appointment. . Suddenly it was for 15 min later than when I made the appointment . Then it was much later that I got a notice she was running late BUT SHE WAS SUPER GREAT ABOUT EXPLAINING MY SLLEEQUIPMENT .. NO ONE HAD PREVIOUSLY DONE THAT FIR MD

Theresa is very knowledgeable about CPAP equipment, sleep apnea therapy and answered my questions about new products available for Sleep Apnea, such as “Inspire” She is very concerned about Rx’s I’m taking, insurance coverages and my overall health. Very thorough and pleasant!!

Theresa was calming, in explaining equip't replacement requirements as well as checking my knowledge of cleaning necessities. She also addressed side effects of use of [ ] & inquired if I had any of those. I feel confident with her knowledge & care.
