I met with my long-term PA on my ongoing breathing issues and my newish bypap treatment via a mask and o2. She has guided me now for several years. She gets down on me when I have failed and she has encouraged me as I meet my breathing issues in my old age. She is a wonderful person in a job that can really help people in their later years.

I think more highly of the Renown Pulmonary Clinic over the PMA Clinic even though many of the Providers are the same. I like the more traditional clinical environment of Renown, where I have a single designated provider, rather than the round robin assignment of PMA, though I met both Dr. [last name] and Theresa Ineck, at PMA. I do miss Dr. [last name] though Ms Ineck is also exceptional.

I only see a provider once a year. I have been a cpap user for 28 years. I find the supplier of equipment very helpful and only go to renown to verify usage to get new supplies. Providers don't really know much about adjusting my machine. That's ok, because I figured it out myself after the appointment.

I am a rather difficult patient because I don’t like where I am at physically and mentally, I’m 71 going on 17 so I really appreciate the care and apathy I am given. I give each of my care givers grief and they show so much compassion. Thank you all.
