Dr. Chang followed up by calling me the next day after having seen the imaging. He was very apologetic about my wasted time on the 13th, however it was not his fault at all, but probably that of the hospital that should have sent the imaging.

He's great. Physically, it was a "demanding experience" but he did all he could to make it as easy as possible and I'm better now !

Dr. Chang is very easy to talk with and spoke very confidently about his experience in robotic surgery. He also clearly explained the pros and cons of the surgery and what the procedure is like and the rehabilitation process month by month.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Chang. I wish there were more doctors like him. I have been his patient for 20 years and he has been the same since the first time I met him. He is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and goes above and beyond for his patients.
