Dr. Chang is concerned that his patients get the best care. I don't remember now why I was originally sent to him. I did end up needing one kidney removed. He was concerned that I agreed with him and that I understood what the surgery amounted to. He was just as concerned about my healing afterwards and what I would go through with only 1 kidney. I will have a checkup once a year for some time so that he's positive that everything is going well. I really appreciate his attitude and personality.

Dr. Chang's professional and considerate approach carries through to all of the Albany Urology staff with whom I came in contact: courteous, attentive and professional.
