Dr Chang is great - he listened, asked questions & seems to genuinely care. Also felt he read my chart before meeting for my appointment & don’t feel many in the medical profession do that anymore.

Dr. Chang's professional and considerate approach carries through to all of the Albany Urology staff with whom I came in contact: courteous, attentive and professional. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have Dr. Chang attending to my prostrate related health issues.don't feel rushed in the appointments and everything gets covered.

I’ll never forget, that five years ago on the day before my surgery, Dr Chang called me the night before to see how I was doing. He asked if I had any other questions. That’s when I realized I made the right choice in my urological care.
