Had such a positive experience with Dr Chang who is clearly a top expert in his field. He explained everything so I could fully understand my condition and what I had been through, putting me at ease despite my complicated, serious and rare case. His clear explanations, thoughtful next steps, and compassionate approach made me feel confident and reassured under his care. His entire team—from the receptionist to the MA and nurse—was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough; he is the best of the best, and it’s obvious from the moment you meet him. So thankful that given all going through that I am able to be under his care..

This was a follow up appointment for surgery I had back in the summer. Dr Chang reviewed my test results and provided me with detailed information on my recovery and future tests. Any questions or concerns were answered, I never felt rushed.

I have known Dr. Ted since 2009 when he performed robotic surgery. I have seen him annually ever since and it is always a pleasure to do so.

Dr. Chang followed up by calling me the next day after having seen the imaging. He was very apologetic about my wasted time on the 13th, however it was not his fault at all, but probably that of the hospital that should have sent the imaging.

Dr. Chang is very easy to talk with and spoke very confidently about his experience in robotic surgery. He also clearly explained the pros and cons of the surgery and what the procedure is like and the rehabilitation process month by month.
