Dr. Thapa was very helpful, caring and made sure I had a clear understanding of my medications and what I needed to do to improve my health, he sets obtainable goals and what he and I need to do to reach the goal. He makes sure I understand every procedure or test he orders and why they are required. The office staff is very friendly, upbeat, caring and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. I couldn't ask for a better group of people. Overall Dr. Thapa and his staff are great!

Dr Thapa and staff were fantastic. They were personable, good listeners and paid attention to each detail. Dr Thapa is a very thorough And caring doctor as well as prepared and knowledgeable. I am so glad we found him for our care team.

Everyone was helpful, friendly, responsive. Having my blood drawn worked out fine, too -- and due to my veins, this is often an unpleasant experience. All good!

Dr. Thapa and the nurse were AMAZING. I am a nervous doctor person, and I legitimately called my mom after the appointment - on the verge of tears - in tremendous gratitude for the experience I had with Dr. Thapa and his team. I have NEVER had such a good primary care experience in my life and feel confident I will be able to keep up my primary care routine knowing I’m in such good and human hands

Only had to wait about 10 minutes. Doctor was thorough and took time to go over my history and answered all my questions.

Most people I know who are on Medicare, complain that their annual checkups are a waste of time. I do not fell that way at all about Dr. Thapa. I feel like he is interested in my health and works with me to develop the.best plans to maintain my health as I age. I respect his advice and I feel like he listens to my concerns and questions.

Dr Thapa made extra effort to get approval for blood panel that needed his personal contact to get approval from insurance company. This was vital information on the next steps needed for my health issue.
