Everyone was helpful, friendly, responsive. Having my blood drawn worked out fine, too -- and due to my veins, this is often an unpleasant experience. All good!

Dr. Thapa and the nurse were AMAZING. I am a nervous doctor person, and I legitimately called my mom after the appointment - on the verge of tears - in tremendous gratitude for the experience I had with Dr. Thapa and his team. I have NEVER had such a good primary care experience in my life and feel confident I will be able to keep up my primary care routine knowing I’m in such good and human hands

Only had to wait about 10 minutes. Doctor was thorough and took time to go over my history and answered all my questions.

Most people I know who are on Medicare, complain that their annual checkups are a waste of time. I do not fell that way at all about Dr. Thapa. I feel like he is interested in my health and works with me to develop the.best plans to maintain my health as I age. I respect his advice and I feel like he listens to my concerns and questions.

Dr Thapa made extra effort to get approval for blood panel that needed his personal contact to get approval from insurance company. This was vital information on the next steps needed for my health issue.

Both doctor Thapa and nurse made sure I was taken care of until my husband could arrive to take me to the Emergency Room. Once doctor Thapa saw the swelling on my leg's and feet and having low blood pressure he immediately called the ER charge nurse to let them know I was coming. He even asked did I want EMS to come but I decided to wait 15min for my husband to come. The entire time Doctor Thapa and nurse both were checking on me and I thought wow, I really appreciated them caring. They wouldn't let me get up, asked what they could get for me to make me comfortable. I felt special from the care they were extending.

Dr Thapa did an excellent job showing me me medical records and going over them with me to make sure they were accurate and that I understood them. When I express a concern he is quick to try to find treatment or solution. The longer he has been with the practice the more relaxed and easy to talk to he has become. I feel he listens well to my concerns and does what he can to help me.
