My son came in crying. He had a double ear infection and needed an antibiotic and an eardrop. They were 45 minutes from closing and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. It took Little to no time to get him registered into the system checking if our insurance is covered doing the full scan to assess what was going on give him a quick dose of Tylenol to help with the pain and we had our prescription sent directly to the pharmacy that was going to be open and actually able to fulfill. We had to make a commute to the pharmacy, but it was worth it because the pharmacy that we chose together. Filled the script within 10 minutes. This was a big deal to me as a mother cause I watched my son go from a 10 out of 10 for pain to a two out of 10 within the matter of 30 minutes. That's exactly how urgent care should act.

NP was very kind and gentle with my 2 year old. Made him feel super comfortable and at ease. Service was quick and we were in and out within like 20 or so minutes. Great service!

Was in and out super fast, a flat rate so i wasn't charged for a bunch of stuff but was still able to get to the root of the problem. And even a follow up visit! Would definitely recommend to someone in my position in the future
