I visited the Breeze Urgent Care center and was taken to an exam room with no wait. Vitals were recorded and based on my description, a few diagnostic tests were quickly started. Once the results of those tests were available, I saw the NP provider and he did a pretty thorough exam, made his diagnosis, and prepared the prescriptions that I needed. In and out in about 20 minutes. What more could you ask for, really? 10 out of 10

It was convenient and efficient. All the personnel were friendly and helpful. I had 3 X-rays of my foot and the PA showed compassion. Even though it was not broken she gave me instructions on how to treat it at home. She examined my foot carefully and wrapped it in an Ace bandage.

I had a really bad case of hives from a new sweater that I had gotten. From the time I walked in the door till the time I left was less than 30 minutes. In that time I did not have to pick up a single ink pen and touch it to a single sheet of paper. The sign-in process was very easy and I didn't have to fill out any monotonous forms. Once I went to the treatment room, I got looked at and got my shots and prescriptions in a very timely manner.
