We knew our doctor could get any info from the Breeze Urgent Care network. There was a need to see a medical professional suddenly very early on a Friday morning. It was easy to make an online appointment. We arrived early and had the first appointment time 8am. One of the employees let us know the doors did not open until 8am when they saw we were going to wait outside our car early. As mobility can be difficult for a member of our family, it was very appreciated. The process was quick, with check-in, assessment, tests they were able to perform, and an informed recommendation. We did take the advice of the PA and we went to an ER for more testing. Thanks to the recommendation, a potential, more serious issue was corrected by an oversight hospital stay. It would have been easily overlooked by many, and had the concerns not been explained to us, we could have been facing a serious,
non-communicable health issue with our family member. We would definitely recommend the folks at this facility. Each person we interacted with was caring, professional, efficient, but not hurried. The whole interaction was very pleasant considering it was certainly not what we thought the day would hold.

The staff was very welcoming; every team member we encountered greeted us. My daughter noted that the facility is clean and well-maintained. They also have a refreshment table, which is something you don’t see often at urgent care centers. We were in and out quickly with little to no wait. I love how convenient it is! Casey was the provider who saw me. Casey was Amazing!! Bedside manner was welcoming and kind. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.
Stefanie roomed me. She was very kind and upbeat.
I was even able to meet the center manager Nicole.
Nicole was very nice smiling and knowledgeable. She seems to understand how to run a clean and organized healthcare center.
I will definitely come back when necessary and have already told friends and family about this clinic!!

Everyone who helped us was very kind and attentive, they were very quick to help my daughter, explained everything very well, and helped us set up a follow up with appropriate services. The atmosphere was clean but felt warm and not cold and unpleasant like a lot of clinics. We would definitely go back for urgent care needs in the future.
