The staff is always Great, I've been with Westfield Medical since moving to Westfield in 2019. Terri is always concerned with my health but is not pushy or overbearing. Prior to Terri, I was seen by Dr [ ] who during a routine visit heard a suspicious heart noise and recommended a heart scan resulting in bypass surgery before a heart attack occurred. So, i feel very comfortable with Westfield Medical.

Dr. Terri Powell is exceptional! She listens, really listens and that means alot coming from someone who is dealing with alot. I would also like to recognize Jacob,apologize I don't have Jacob's last name but he took my calls when I was having issues with virtual appointment. Jacob is patient and that goes a long way with a person not feeling well. Kudos to the staff as they're always kind.

My first appt with Terri, I could tell she listened and wanted to help with anything I needed. Her and the office staff follow through. The staff in the office are friendly and kind as well. The last time I was in, I had an appt, then she had me do an X-ray. All of it took 40 minutes, my appt was at 8:00 am and I was walking out at 8:40. I would recommend Terri Powell and Westfield Riverview to anyone looking for great care.

I have not found a family care office I felt comfortable in, not judged etc With Terry and everyone I have spoken to or dealt with, I have been treated with kindness and felt comfortable, like they actually care about my wellbeing. I do recommend the office and Terry to anyone looking for general care or woman my age looking for someone that listens. Terry listens and I really like her.
