No empathy or urgency. Displayed a sense of blame on the patient for delayed seeking care at this location, disregarding extensive previous consultation with my primary care physician for this ongoing condition.

I just feel that she is very in and out and not as thorough as the other providers in the office.

'-she was great with explaining each step she is going to do, -she described what it should feel like, when to take deep breaths etc, -she stayed in the room after i was done to talk about any concerns i had, answered my questions, grabbed me water -she also explained what the next steps were from this appointment depending on what the biopsy results were. -personable -seemed like she cared & loved what she was doing
