Everything was outstanding... When I. Was released i did forget my 20 foot phone charger... I know it may not be possible but if someone does find it please give me a call.

As with all my recent experiences with the physicians, surgeons and staff at Virtua OLOL and the Valve Clinic I have been very satisfied with care and information regarding my health provided to me/us. In every case I have seen real TEAM cooperation and care starting with the Navigators through to the Discharge nurses. Everyone made me feel confident in the care I received.

Everyone, from check in and registration to the technician who took my EKG to the primary care giver was polite, professional and caring. It's the people who make up the Virtua Heath Network that are the reason I choose this organization for my care and well being. Thank you.

Had a problem up front, with the lady that checked me in telling me my insurance was now showing Medicare as supplemental, with a workman's comp claim as primary. This has never shown up at any of my Virtua doctors. So I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with 2 different Medicare people and an Insurance company rep. Not your fault..just another pain in the neck.

My appointment went very well and I was able to find a new cardiac care doctor through Teresa. We discussed my present care shortcomings and she suggested a couple names I could look into. Thank you! More attention is needed in the transport given to patients. If drop off is in more than one area it must be conveyed to the Uber and Lyft drivers and patients where to find the ride.

Dr. Sousa was very helpful in explaining the procedure and showing us the video of the actual procedure. She also advised us as to what I can and cannot do as I recover.

Parking was the only problem...not user friendly to the cardio care location...drop off was blocked by another car blocking the whole lane...nearby spots are way to tight...glad I had my wife was driving as she can walk but the handicapped spots are too far from the cardio offices. Parking set up is not good.

The office visit was fine and very fast, but the wait time for the ultrasound was almost an hour and a half. I had an appointment that was still almost 40 minutes before I even got back there.
