Every person I come in contact with at UAB is friendly and very helpful. I have to use a wheelchair when I go to the doctor and there is always someone there to help me get to where I need to be.

Everyone from the greeter at the door, the techs, schedulers , nurses, and physicians were exceptionally helpful! Went out of their way to accommodate a somewhat grumpy [age] year old that didn't want to be there. (My dad). Made a stormy afternoon that I was dreading much more pleasant. Please know that the kindness of your staff as well as their professionalism and excellence REALLY makes a difference! Thank you!

They were efficient, organized and knowledgeable. Every question was answered. Even the parking was reasonable.

The guy that did my EKG could have introduced himself and added the word, "please" to the "sit in the big chair" command. Other than that, he was fine.
