From the front desk to seeing the Dr everyone was so kind. They actually listened and explained my diagnosis to me so I could understand exactly what was going on. I was so nervous about this and by the time I left I felt so much better. 100% the best.

Every person I come in contact with at UAB is friendly and very helpful. I have to use a wheelchair when I go to the doctor and there is always someone there to help me get to where I need to be.

Everyone from the greeter at the door, the techs, schedulers , nurses, and physicians were exceptionally helpful! Went out of their way to accommodate a somewhat grumpy [age] year old that didn't want to be there. (My dad). Made a stormy afternoon that I was dreading much more pleasant. Please know that the kindness of your staff as well as their professionalism and excellence REALLY makes a difference! Thank you!
