Very nice, explains things in a way you understand. Took time to listen to concerns and look at my bloodwork with me to explain items on the tests. Took time to show me the ultrasound results and what it could mean in plain terms.

So nice and she knew how to calm me down when I was worried about what I’m going through and she gave me research about everything so that I feel comfortable about my scary surgery

While I waited I could hear lots of happy kind of conversations going on in a adjoining room. I assume all this happy chit chat with whomever that latest too long, was why I was not being seen on time.
