It’s been a week and she hasn’t sent her notes to my PCP do he is unable to proceed with my care and a referral to another specialist . She was aware of my pain and discomfort and desire for that referral.

I am disappointed with my experience. Because of Mathilde Tengue, NP, lack of knowledge of my health history and chart, I will now be having to return for multiple visits. These visits will mean I will need to take time off of work. This is very disappointing.
