Dr.Temprano!!! She of course is always excellent! The clerk who signed us in was so pleasant, polite and helpful . The nurse who took my vitals was attentive and capable. Had a great smile!

Dr Temprano is excellent. She has continued to provide excellent care with my journey with an autoimmune disease. Explaining answers to my endless questions about the possible consequences the progress my disease may take. She is warm and very very easy to talk with. No question is silly. All are answered to my satisfaction. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Temprano is always friendly and covers everything clearly. And nurse was also very pleasant and efficient. Overall a very nice appointment.

Yes, always is excellent care! I was very happy with Katherine Schoo! She is an excellent nurse practitioner and thought very thorough! Waiting for her to let me know about the two tests I had taken. I can’t get in to my chart and would appreciate she would not know til Monday!

Dr. Temprano is my new rheumatologist and I am grateful for making the switch. She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. She explained my results in a way that I can understand.

As soon as I walked into the office it was a welcoming experience with everyone I dealt with - great, positive team!

Dr Temprano’s bedside manner is in major need of improvement. Not only did I feel ignored, I felt mocked. I come to a doctor’s office in hopes of finding some answers, or at least some comfort, but instead I feel brushed off.

I feel VERY fortunate to have found Dr. Temprano as my Rheumatologist and she has helped me with recommending excellent doctors for my medical issues. She goes far beyond the call of duty !

I cannot begin to find words after the experience of visiting with the doctor Temprano. She and her amazing stuff are spectacular. The first time in 12 years I feel like I have finally found The gold and say the rainbow. Dr. T , It’s finally given me hope she is truly one of a kind

Dr. Temprano appears to be efficient. This at times makes my visit feel rushed. I spent about 8 minutes with her. Just enough time for her to look at my joints and listen to my heart/lungs.

If patients are to be on time, I feel the doctors should also be on time. My appointment was at one. I was there 10 minutes to one. I was not seeing until 1:35 or 1:40. if patients are to be held accountable for the lateness or to call in likewise should be for the doctors.

The nurses and support staff are wonderful and pleasant. The doctor was also kind.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The visit took extremely long. It took a long time waiting in the exam room. Additionally, I felt rushed during my time with the doctor and as if she did not know my case thoroughly. I would have appreciated a slower, more thorough, and more engaging intake. I was feeling overwhelmed by being there and rushed.

At my first visit Dr Temprano ordered lab tests, X-ray which were helpful in reaching a possible diagnosis. She followed up on the tests quickly on My Chart and made referrals. This last visit I did get explanations and how to proceed with medication.
