Dr Rodriquez has very good, for want of a better term, bedside manner and her philosophy of medicine matches mine, me of a wholistic approach. I also appreciate that advice on outside assistance on non medical matters is available.

A more professional follow up on referrals and authorization would be amazing. I’ve been waiting on a referral for six months. And the thing is if the repair would be made on my foot I would have a better quality of life. Preventative is great, but being prompt wth follow up is just as important. If I would’ve gotten authorization from my podiatrist, I would’ve already had surgery and two months into healing. Authorization is part of preventative and healing.. My doctor is amazing, but authorization definitely need attentiveness… Great care and no follow up is not good. It definitely hinders progress..
