What made my experience very positive when my doctor sat down with me and explain everything with me he even got old records from all the hospitals my old doctors and he went over everything with me That's what made my experience very good and then he set up a different appointments for me blood work to make sure I'm still doing okay I am so thankful for dedicated seniors medical seniors and my doctor

Everyone I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I counted. Meeting Dr Sullivan was amazing. She took her time with me, explained things so i understood. Amazing place, would recommend to everyone!

First off not being able to contact anybody I needed the doctor last Friday and called all day at least four times never got anybody fortunately, later on in the day I did get a person and got an appointment for the next day because I have cellulitis in my foot and I’m diabetic and I’m nowin the hospital with that and had surgery and had a toe removed so I’m not very happy with the contact I’ve been able to have with getting an appointment

By the date of my appointment they had all the different lab tests and studies results so we can go over them. No additional appt needed.

I wasn't feeling well today, couldn't laugh or joke with the care team and they noticed how I look and what I told them, they took care of me, and now my Doctor is going to order some test work done. Will be returning next Monday to see the care team again.

Your feedback done on timely manner. More than two weeks to set up an appointment with a heart specialist on two months to set up an appointment with a Colonoscopy office is totally unacceptable.

I’m very unsatisfied because I didn’t get no results. I’ve been in pain now for almost 2 months and nobody seems to care all these tests. I gotta do when it should’ve been done all in one.

Timely appointments, keep medical info readily available and not have to search for things. Schedule Blood testing first, then appointment results. Make me feel like you want me there and not rushed through visit. Just listen to me and answer my questions

When I call I sit on hold for a half an hour. Then the automated phone system says there is no one available to take your call and hangs up. I called because of an issue not to chat.
