Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
No. The nurse practitioner was somewhat helpful, but her guidance was confusing and some of it was not asked for in relation to my ulcerative colitis. It was just an overall disappointing experience with how the communication was handled along with the follow up.

Doctor was in and out in 5 minutes and I’m still in pain
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Maybe not have seemed so rushed. I was trying to avoid having to go see my primary care doctor, but the visit was essentially pointless.

Susan was exceptional - she patiently listened to my concerns and included me in decisions about my care. She was warm and caring while also being humorous. I wish every provider had the combination of knowledge, compassion, kindness, and inclusivity that Susan has.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I really appreciated Susan’s listening to my concerns to help solve the problem I was having. She looked for resources to support my symptoms and chosen treatment while I was there. It made such a difference in care and outcome, and demonstrated respect for my concerns.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The visit was great as it was!

The Nurse Practitioner and staff. They were exceptional and took care of me when I felt truly crummy.

Dr. Tellini did not listen to me and the extensive knowledge I have about my child and his medical care. I sought this clinic because my child is a regular patient with BJC. Hoping they would have access to his chart which they did, showing the extensiveness and the lack of cooperation with medication orally.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr Tellini can trust the parent more and the knowledge they have on their child's medical history and could also read a chart more thoroughly.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Listenable staff that took time to actually listen to all my symptoms rather than gathering only a couple and working off of that. And took cautious steps in my issues, allowing me to make sure that what I had wasn't an infection.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at all. This clinic has always been impressive.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone was extremely welcoming. As a BJC staff member myself, I was overjoyed to experience the professionalism exhibited by Everyone. Sue and staff made me feel very safe in their care.

NP Susan examined me and collected information from me thoughtfully and carefully. She sought guidance from the physician when she needed it, which inspired confidence in me that she really cared about my problems and wanted to give me the best care possible.

Nothing. I'm very grateful for the care I received.

Susan was amazing at addressing my concerns and recommending next steps that I should take. I felt like I was a part of my care. My problems were heard and I never felt rushed.

The problem was diagnosed quickly and a treatment was prescribed, all within a short period of time. I think the entire staff, including the nurse practioner, did an excellent job.

Dr. Tellini was incredible. I appreciated her candor and willingness to listen to my son and include me when he was being less than responsive. She was great in trying to get him to be part of the appointment instead of just have me talk for him. It is a great skill that most doctors don’t necessarily encourage.
