Whenever I visit this facility and meet with with Susan she is always friendly, caring and helpful. She'll even help you put your shoes and coat back on! I know she doesn't have to do it but she offers and does it with a smile, it's a sence of true servitude. I never feel rushed and she listens to what you want to say. She has always left a lasting impression.

Nurse practitioner was excellent. She was patient, attentive, did good exam, asked good questions as she assessed my brother and tried to determine his problem.

Susan treated me very warmly and made me feel comfortable during the exam. This was the second time I was examined by Susan. She immediately remembered my name. Her welcoming smile reassured me instantly.

I saw Sue, NP. I felt like she listened to my concerns well and provided excellent care. I checked in 20 minutes early and actually left before my initial appointment time. Very timely and efficient. Testament to what a great staff and system are in place.

Susan Telinni is an exceptional nurse practitioner. Friendly and warm, a good listener who made me feel cared for. I got the information I needed to put my mind at ease.

All three people who my encountered were friendly, professional, and efficient, and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Susan Tellini was extraordinarily good and every respect. Thank you for having such capable people and such a great facility.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
No. The nurse practitioner was somewhat helpful, but her guidance was confusing and some of it was not asked for in relation to my ulcerative colitis. It was just an overall disappointing experience with how the communication was handled along with the follow up.

Doctor was in and out in 5 minutes and I’m still in pain

Maybe not have seemed so rushed. I was trying to avoid having to go see my primary care doctor, but the visit was essentially pointless.

Susan was exceptional - she patiently listened to my concerns and included me in decisions about my care. She was warm and caring while also being humorous. I wish every provider had the combination of knowledge, compassion, kindness, and inclusivity that Susan has.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I really appreciated Susan’s listening to my concerns to help solve the problem I was having. She looked for resources to support my symptoms and chosen treatment while I was there. It made such a difference in care and outcome, and demonstrated respect for my concerns.
