All people should be valued, that includes our time If you have an appointment time established honor it If you're going to be a few minutes late send a massage explaining that When I conducted meetings I always started on time, if I had an appointment I honored a 7 minute grace period In other words Ms. Tehranisa has until 9:07 to join the call without prior contact informing us of a delay Please treat people as you would like to be treated

I felt like she treated me especially fairly since I was quite late showing up for my appointment because I had some difficulty following the directions on my phone, and then as I was coming into the building through the rotating doors I lost my balance and nearly fell to my knees trying to get in. Fortunately, someone behind me caught me before I hit the ground, found a wheelchair for me and pushed me to my appointment. After my appointment was over, Dr. Tehranisa walked me out to my car. So I really appreciate this practice.

Well, I already said it, but I liked the way she explained things to me. She took the time she gave me choices of what I thought would be the best for me and what I would prefer the best spend time with me listened.

Sarah explained the process clearly. First it's PT and if that isn't enough, medication will be prescribed and third, surgery. She she listened and answered all my questions. It was a pleasant visit.

She was fantastic didn’t seem too rushed, took the time to explain everything to me, and detail answered any questions that I had or concerns. If I wasn’t sure about something she went more in the depth into it. I was very satisfied with the service she provided.

Sarah made me feel like I am worthless and that my pain that I experience on a day-to-day basis means nothing. I don’t even know what I have all I know is I’m referred to a physical therapist. I wish she would’ve at least had the courtesy to tell me what I had this way I could talk to a pharmacist or something to figure out ways to mitigate the effects of the pain until I see the physical therapist and the effects start working.
