I didn't ask for the logon to MyChart, but when I arrived home, I couldn't log into the system. Given I am a new patient, it would have been helpful to receive instructions for logging into MyChart.

Dr. Taylor is a great doctor. She listens to all of my concerns. She is very pleasant and really cares about her patients.

Patient asked for a recommendation of a specialist and was given one name. Dr didn’t ask the patient if minded driving a distance to other specialists.

Provider was mentoring a student, which was not an issue; however, the provider never examined neck, throat, lymph nodes. I was fully clothed during the exam and the student listened to my heart/lungs which was the extent of the exam.

I find Trinity Health does not communicate with in their Drs or staff regarding test results, scheduling appointments for test to be done.
