Very nice check in. Very friendly staff. Nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and answered my questions.

They are very nice and knowledgeable. In multiple occasions I have had difficulty communicating when there are urgent concerns. There is not a nurse line where they actually answer phone calls, just a voicemail line. Would be better if there was a line that someone can answer and respond to within short time.

Not all visits are alike, yet the staff are always kind. Wish my issue would have been heard the 1st time but the 2nd time, I felt like people were listening.

I was not warned I needed to take extra time for my glucose test until I showed up. I believe the provider forgot to order my tdap so I almost left without it. I’ve only seen one provider twice out of 5 or 6 visits. Very limited info is provided to me at each visit. When I do ask questions I occasionally receive incorrect information.
