She is excellent such a joy to have help me! During the short time I have been with her I see an improvement. She's pleasant, puts you at ease, and has a wonderful personality. The directions she writes down are clear and draws a hand and tells you what to expect.I feel very confindent with Tayor and always look forward to our sessions.

I find the office staff on the PT/OT floor more helpful, always friendly. I initially had a bad impression back in November. The staff now has been very helpful. Taylor is wonderful, smart, skilled and excellent an OT. Would highly recommend this facility.

This is the first time I have ever done Physical therapy in my life and she is an amazing provider, full of information, kind courteous, and extremely helpful. I am on the road to recovery because of Dr. [last name] and the staff and the physical therapy treatment. I am receiving I am extremely grateful.

Taylor is the best therapist I have ever worked with, she listens, she explains, and she is totally focused throughout the session. Too often, patient can be made to feel like one of many tasks that a provider is juggling but Taylor makes her patient feel like they matter. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone.

Taylor is wonderful. she always greets you with a smile and her sessions are always well thought out and focused on what’s needed on a particular day. She is a very skillful clinician.

From check in to radiology, hand therapy staff and radiology it was absolutely top notch. Very much on time, efficient and thorough. These things are very rare in health care these days. We are very happy and will recommend anyone needing specialty care to HSS
