Taylor Reif explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He was kind and courteous and most importantly knowledgeable as he reviewed my options for surgery. He also explained that some additional testing would be needed to determine the final next steps and then proceeded to make arrangements for the tests. He went above and beyond!
