I had a very good experience with Dr. Dowsley, and I might have pressed the wrong number at one point. So just to be sure, I had no complaints whatsoever. Very good doctor, and yes, he listened to all my concerns and explained everything very clearly. I would recommend him to anyone. That's all.

The doctor talked very fast and he made it seem like my symptoms were no big deal. Which at first seemed like a good thing, but instead of being comforting, it felt slightly dismissive.

It was a very good appointment with a plan going forward to find out why my symptoms ==monitor/ stress test. Not only did both the nurse and Dr. Dowsley listen they also asked clarifying questions to me. They cared and wanted to understand and help. Thank you.

Great Dr. Not impressed with the nurse. Plus after I saw the Dr it took 1 hour for the scheduler to come in and schedule my angiogram. Then told to go out to lobby scheduler to schedule my echocardiogram. Adding another 15 minutes.

After I saw the doctor, I waited for the nurse to come back so we can make my next appointment. I waited for 30 minutes and no one came so I finally called the office and finally the nurse came in now. They probably were busy but to leave me in the room 30 minutes after I saw the doctor I think is not right

He agrees trying to get an appointment in cardiology is HORRIBLE when in told him what I had to go thru to get a 6mo check after TAVR SURGERY!! He said I wasn't the only patient that's told him that!! He said, "They keep telling us it will get better, but WHEN?? nothing ever seems to happen" ! Not sure if it's poor training for employees by scheduling supervisor but this has gone on for years!! I've had a conversation with supervisor about another issue at FTONT desk with scheduling employees too!!

I felt the doctor was rushed and at one point he interrupted me and said listen to me as I was going to give some input about my situation as I'd been given one of my diagnoses from Mayo prior to three months and wanted to explain my most recent ER/hospital stay as well. In my opinion, I felt he had looked at my file somewhat but not throughly. I've had to see many specialists and wanted him to have a brief understanding as it's my health and well being I need to advocate for. I will supposedly see him in three months and hoping our communication improves although I felt it was better toward the end of this last appointment. Thank you.
