The doctor talked very fast and he made it seem like my symptoms were no big deal. Which at first seemed like a good thing, but instead of being comforting, it felt slightly dismissive.

He was very happy with the doctor. He explained everything, he went ahead and looked over the records from way back in 2016. So I think I would recommend him for anybody. I told him I wouldn't mind him being my heart doctor. Have a good evening. Bye.

Everybody was inviting and I felt very welcome and comfortable. The nurses were great and the doctor was very aware of my history but knowledgeable and helpful in moving forward. Thank you.

My nurse was so pleasant and put you at ease. Very nice and was not in a big hurry. The doctor also took his time and asked me many questions and we decided on treatment together. Was very thorough and patient. Came away feeling we accomplished a lot.

I was very impressed that Dr. Dowsley pulled in surgeon, Dr. Haldis who fast- tracked our plan to fix my faulty aortic valve. I was very impressed by both men.

Dr. Dowsley is an excellent physician. Wonderful care. Explained everything so that I could understand it. He's an excellent doctor.

It is extremely difficult to schedule an appointment because the receptionist always says they don't schedule out until the doctors schedule is open . When I have been told to wait until a closer date I do that and again I am told the doctors schedule is closed. They say they will call me if there is a cancellation but they don't. I always have to contact the doctor's nurse for an appointment. The system utilized sets up barriers. I see other doctors in other departments at Sanford and never have a scheduling problem.

The receptionist that checked me in definitely needed to wear a more modest top- way too much cleavage .. embarrassing! So appreciate Dr. Dowsley- he's professional, knowledgeable, friendly, sincere, & caring.
