My post office visit summary started off by saying I was informed the visit would be recorded, that I agreed, and I could ask for the recording to be stopped at any time. I was not informed of that. I find it puzzling that was written as there was no factual basis. The most concerning part of the summary was I stated I had a drug use. All my medications are prescription drugs except for a vitamin, supplements, and a 81 mg aspirin.
