Dava is truly exceptional! She always makes time to listen to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. When we review my MRIs, she walks me through them step by step, explaining what I’m seeing in a way I can actually understand. Her patience, compassion, and ability to make complex medical information clear have given me so much confidence and peace of mind in my care.

I'm sorry I cannot remember the position of the first nurse that questioned me on my history, pain levels, etc ...she was very kind the way she asked questions about my health. I told her I did have bruises, but because I care for my goats, I always have bruises from their hors and she was genuinely interested in my hobby interest. She even asked about the baby goats. I was very pleased overall with this office BECAUSE they had a genuine interest in me and what I do. That's makes a huge difference to whether or not I feel they HEAR me. If you only listen to people and skim over things, then listening is not a forte' and you should not be in the medical field. All of treatment should be based on care, concern and genuine interest. Not many do this, and it's a sad shame. Thank you for making this visit worth it and for being what I needed. 10 out of 10 for me.

The entire staff give me a feeling that they care for me and are always ready to help me with any needs. Kim removed my staples and was kind and did a great job. Micki always is quick to help with responding to questions on My Chart.
