Will work to make sure you get the care you need. When I have a need to be seen it's needs ti be soon,, but not something that needs urgent care. When there are no open scheduling options, she will work to get me seen within a day.

I had to wait almost a full hour before I was seen. My skin was nipped upon stitch removal. Asked for bio freeze to numb my skin so I wouldn't feel any more. Nope. Not a possibility.

Like I stated, she spent time with me and covered a lot. She made sure I understood what was going on and what everything meant. I had a rough year and Jen Tate was very compassionate and caring toward me. She did a lot for me during our time together.
