I always try to get to my appointment on time but I have found several of my appointments don’t get me in the office on time. Generally 30 minutes late. That’s my only complaint.

Had to call 3 day to get different meds cause I was sick with one ones I was taking. So dr, paul called me in to talk about why symptoms I was haveing so I have to be there at 3 today.

I came in for paperwork and to get something out of the bottom of my foot. Jen and I thought it would be easy - we thought it was a simple but deeply embedded sliver. Turns out it was fine shards of glass that were difficult to remove. Jen worked patiently and did not give up until all the painful and hard-to-get pieces were gone, which I appreciated. I know it took longer than either of us expected but she got everything out and my foot feels so much better!!

Jennifer Tate is a very caring provider. She spends time explaining my options for treatment for a chronic condition. After each appointment with Jen, I feel confident in the treatment plan we discussed. I am feeling better and it is because I trusted Jen and other providers/specialists she referred me to. Jen is a wonderful health partner and feels like a friend to me. I trust her!

This is the first physian in years who took time to get to know me and my medical history. She was concerned, gave me some constructive ideas on impoving my health and showed she was deeply concerned about my welfare. She reminded me of my physican when I was growing up, never rushed always explained things very well.

Will work to make sure you get the care you need. When I have a need to be seen it's needs ti be soon,, but not something that needs urgent care. When there are no open scheduling options, she will work to get me seen within a day.

I had to wait almost a full hour before I was seen. My skin was nipped upon stitch removal. Asked for bio freeze to numb my skin so I wouldn't feel any more. Nope. Not a possibility.
