I will return to see Dr T because he did not injure my ear on purpose. I would have appreciated if he called me to check in. If the wait is same next time, I'm going to look for another practice.

I provided a list of my concerns for him to review, since this was the first time seeing him. Dr. Gagan had left the practice. He said it was very helpful to bring him up to speed on what Dr. Gagan and I were working on.

When my insurance denied a test the doctor ordered, he followed through to appeal and get clearance. He also asked on the portal how I was doing. I am very impressed with the level of compassion and care.

Visiting this office is like visiting a friends home. Everyone is so kind. Dr. Kakumanu listens intently and answers all questions and concerns thoroughly and I never feel as if I am being rushed out the door.

Yes, Dr. T is the absolute best primary doctor that I've ever had in my entire life. He's very caring, considerate, and he's anxious to give you answers to any questions that you have and also to direct me in the correct direction as far as health is concerned and taking care of myself for the future.

Dr. T is my primary doctor now and he's excellent. He is comprehensive. In fact, I think I'm going to medical school when I'm with him because he teaches me so many things about myself and he's just wonderful, patient, and probably the best doctor I've ever had. And also, the office people are excellent. They make you feel comfortable and they all have great personalities. So I hate to say this, but I almost enjoy going there. Thank you.

I had a 1:00 appointment and was brought in around 1:30 to exam room. Waited another 40 min to see the doctor. It's a simple matter of scheduling. If the doctor is going to engage, examine, and listen thoughtfully - it takes time. If you jam in too many appointments everyone suffers including the doctors and staff. Makes for a poor experience.

Doctor T. although a younger doctor lived up to my expectations and also certainly met what I researched about him before scheduling my physical with him. At this point and after not having seen any physician in decades,I am at ease feeling I've made the right decision. My daughter also decided to see Dr.T and actually switched to him from her previous primary care praxis.

this was my first annual medicare checkup. other than a discussion of my elevated blood pressure, the doctor did not examine me. he sat at his computer and asked me questions. i don't understand how this appointment could be considered a physical. the nurse practitioner took my vitals. that was it
