Tara was amazing with my daughter. So thoughtful to the point my daughter wanted her to be the one to give her the flu shot.

Tara was great with my youngest, whom the appointment was for. What I was particularly pleased about, however, was her demeanor toward my four-year-old, allowing her to “help” with her sister’s check-up and engaging with her while she attended to the baby. This extra touch helps make my kiddos feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Plus, she thought it was great fun!

She was kind and patient as he was being super silly. She listened to what I had to say and asked me questions for clarity and gave feedback as needed!

The medical assistant who swabbed my daughter for tests was also incredibly sweet and patient with my daughter, in spite of my daughter being scared and resisting the test.
