I rarely give perfect scores when evaluating personnel. No one is perfect, but Tara comes very close. I found her open, professional, engaging, and respectful.
She is certainly dedicated to the care of her patients and listens intently. She has mastered the art of being analytic and personable. Tara is a credit to NCH.

Tara Louka was both professional and relatable. A patient often feels that there is a wall between herself and the physician. There was no wall with Tara. She listened to me and responded without sarcasm. She was genuinely dedicated and analyzed every bit of pertinent information in order to provide the best care for me. She is truly an asset to your cardiac department.

I’ve had the pleasure of having her in my care team. She is very knowledgeable of my detailed with many factors stemming from my Rheumatoid Arthritis .
She actually listens to the patient and responds with kindness along with interest

From the physician to the PA to the receptionist, all were courteous, respectful, and very friendly. I find the Institute to be an excellent place for Care and Comfort, knowing all involved are outstanding.
