I rarely give perfect scores when evaluating personnel. No one is perfect, but Tara comes very close. I found her open, professional, engaging, and respectful.
She is certainly dedicated to the care of her patients and listens intently. She has mastered the art of being analytic and personable. Tara is a credit to NCH.

I was amazed. Tara was a teaching moment for every physician on staff on how to communicate. Easy to understand, followed up on each comment, placed me in a comfortable place to answer specifically and know that I can follow through with what I have to do in the coming month. And, her handwriting was readable!
