I very much appreciate Tanyas approach to what can be a very complicated diagnosis of sleep apnea and a frustrating journey for the patient. She was thoughtful, patient and so knowledgeable during my questioning of this diagnosis, treatment and sleep study!

Tanya was very clear and cared about me I felt. The frustration I have is noted earlier about the lack of sharing and coordination of my history of CPAP supplies and equipment. Most specifically for the Phillips recall on the machine. She could not check my machine on Home Health. Very odd for me to need to call them to find this out, versus seeing all of the data on my Epic site.

Ms.Guntly is very knowledgeable and caring, explaining why I might be having a difficult time sleeping and/or why I am feeling tired the next day. Also, she listened to and answered my questions and any concerns I may of had. Her explanations helped me understand what path to take that will help me feel better.
