Dr. Rajpal was very nice and attentive, although I waited for one hour past my appointment time to be seen

The front desk staff is friendly and the office is clean with plenty of seats. Dr. Rajpal is knowledgeable, concerned, and really gives you her time and attention. I was one of the last patients of the day, but she was still attentive and caring. Note, you cannot get to the office from the front of the building, so park in the back!

I find Dr. Rajpal to be very knowledgeable and takes her time explaining and asking a lot of questions. I wish I can have her for a Primary Care Physician.

Still waiting too long. My appointment was for 9am. Doctor didn't come in until 9:30.

I was called to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I obviously scheduled a certain time for a reason. I showed up 20 mins before my appt time and still had to wait. I brought up a topic of concern and instead of offering to check my hormones/do additional testing I was prescribed a higher dose in medication.

I just want to say that the appointment was scheduled very late. Considering the problem I have, I feel like they're giving me plenty of time to do what I need, because it's very risky, and I suppose they should have given my health problem more priority. And my appointment was very late, but afterward, everything was excellent. I loved the doctor; everything was excellent. I liked the treatment, I liked her way of speaking, I felt very confident with her.
