Dr Tanio put me at ease almost immediately. I like that she gets to the point of concern. She explained everything so I could understand it. When I walked out of the appointment I felt much more relaxed about my issues.

Dr. Tanio sees me as an individual and uses her knowledge of me in conjunction with test results to provide what I believe to be excellent care. I have been a patient of her's for 25 years and would be reluctant to trust my heart care to anyone else.

Dr. Tanio is one of the best cardiologists at Hopkins. She is very thorough in every visit and articulates her thoughts and health goals for me with great clarity. She answers any questions I have and she cares about each of her patients. This is why I've been her patient for over a decade.
