Overall great experience with Dr Tang and her office. Had parking validated but building still charges $5 on exit . It’s not the money , it’s the fact that the last point of interaction is a “frustrating” detail.oughta be a better way.

My procedure ended up being a little more complex than anticipated, and I had a low blood sugar episode. Marionella and Gladys the RNs and Drs Tang and Russo took exceptional care of my well-being and comfort... during the 7-plus hours I was there. Exceptional care!

I have no problem with the provider but the parking garage is a total disaster! I was stuck in there over 30 minutes. I could not pull out of my parking space before there was a long line behind me. This needs to be corrected ASAP!

Jennifer Tang is fantastic. She is very well organized and in control of the environment and staff. She has a precision and efficiency of movement that is to be applauded. I always feel confident and comfortable in her care. She knows how to maximize and streamline protocols and move from a-z procedurally with no wasted energy.
