I do recommend Doctor Tan to family and friends. He has earned both my confidence in his professional knowledge and my trust that he cares about my wellbeing. He asks thoughtful questions, listens to my responses and lays out a plan for any next steps needed. He points out where we are in the process and explains why the next steps are important.

Dr Tan has an upbeat demeanor that is both caring and reassuring. He seems thorough in ferreting symptoms and information to determine my treatment and answers all of my questions. I trust his assessments and advice. I especially appreciate that he and his staff are considerate in accommodating my hearing deficit and are never even slightly dismissive to my questions or concerns.
