Dr Tan has an upbeat demeanor that is both caring and reassuring. He seems thorough in ferreting symptoms and information to determine my treatment and answers all of my questions. I trust his assessments and advice. I especially appreciate that he and his staff are considerate in accommodating my hearing deficit and are never even slightly dismissive to my questions or concerns.
