Dr. Tan was very upfront with how everything was going to go. She did not use big words and she did not talk over people's heads. I found her to be a fantastic doctor.

Staff and Dr. Taun make a fantastic duo. I feel heard and cared for.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Even though Dr. Tan was running late on her schedule. She sat and discussed all my concerns. And didn’t make me feel rushed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Just timing of visit. The wait was some time, however, I understand that doctors have emergencies and delivery’s that are out of there control.

Dr. Tan. She was happy and funny. Made me feel well listened to about my concerns. She gave me good tips as well!

Less waiting time but I do understand you guys were behind a bit which happens so no biggie!

Everyone from Dr. Tan to her assistants. Excellent, excellent!!!!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Tan is a wonderful doctor. She listens to what I say and takes my opinions on my own health journey into consideration when looking for solutions to the issues I'm having. She always has a pleasant attitude and is kind and polite. I have had several gynecologists throughout my many years of life. I have dreaded and avoided visits, but I feel comfortable, heard, and safe with Dr. Tan, so I haven't been avoiding appointments with her. That's saying a lot! I don't have any other doctors I can say that about.

Everything was very good! Doctor Tan care about her patients! She is very good Doctor!

When Dr. Tan came in, Mom was sitting on her stool. She was going to switch to the chair and Dr. Tan said not to worry about it and pulled over the trash can and sat on it. That was nice of her.
