I had an issue with your ability to make an appointment with an EN T for me. I told the person at the front desk I was going to be out of town from 11/25 until 12/3 but she made an appointment for 11/25. I called the office and they wound up making me another appointment for 11/26. I of course had to cancel that one. Very frustrating
