Dr. Taggart is a very knowledgeable, caring and attentive physician who has your best interests in mind. He encouraged me to learn more about my health challenges through reading current information from credible sources. He welcomed my active involvement in making decisions regarding the medical management of my health issues. I felt at ease with him right away.
