Everything was perfect. The doctor and the nurses were very professional and courteous.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I live that she spends adequate time with patients and that's why I go there. But, when you wait in a room for a half hour after your appt time that is frustrating. If someone just poked there head in and gave expected wait time that would really help.

Dr Szalkowski is wonderful. She listens. Really listens. She explains things and makes sure I understand. I’m a partner in my health care and that’s a great feeling. I feel safe knowing I can bring concerns to her either in appointment or through my chart and she will take it seriously. As a woman of a certain age I’ve had doctors who answered my questions with “You don’t need to be worried about that.” Any question was seen as worry and not taken as looking for more information or validating what I’ve been told. She is a great doctor.

Dr Jennifer Szalkowski is very thorough in her exam and listens to any issues you ask her about. She never rushes the appointment . She makes sure everything is covered and makes you feel comfortable. She is a very caring physician.

The entire visit was an excellent experience. The staff have always made my visits at this facility extraordinary making sure all my concerns and questions have been addressed. The staff is supportive, caring and loving. Dr. Jen listens and answers all my questions and concerns providing guidance to what works better for me.

I worked in health care for 17 years in my first career so I understand the specific personnel and environmental factors better than the average patient. As always, Dr. Jenn was also very warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. Her question and listening skills are amazing! I would describe her affect as gentle and competent, which works perfectly for me during my visits. I leave my visits with Dr. Jenn knowing she really cares about my well-being. I brag on Dr. Jenn. every chance I get.

Dr. Szalkowski is the best doctor I've had in a long time. I hope she never retires as long as I live. It's hard to find doctors that actually care. I have my husband seeing her, my sister, my mother when she was alive. And I recommended her to others and they all like her.
