Dr. Jen is always excellent. She listens to my concerns and tries to find ways to help me to achieve my goals and not adversely affect my overall health.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Jen speaks to me like I’m her neighbor. She talks in words I can understand versus in doctor’s language. I feel she cares about her patients the way she would about her own family.

I feel all staff was extraordinary. Of course I love Dr. Jen. She has been my doctor for a long time. She is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Jen was extraordinary. She was kind, direct, and listened to my concerns. She took them seriously and explained diagnostic/treatment options. It’s nice to have a human experience and BJC is lucky to have Dr. Jen on their team, I was extremely impressed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing! Exam room and facility were clean and staff were extremely helpful and clear in direction.

Dr Jenn is always so very nice and very patient and personable. I always feel our conversations are very comfortable and professional. She’s fantastic!

Absolutely nothing. Dr Jenn’s MA and front desk stall are awesome as well! Always a nice experience.

Dr Jen is the most amazing doctor I’ve seen. I am thrilled with finding her. I’ve never been treated with such kindness and understanding. She spent quality time explaining and talking to you. She also has such a kind positive energy about her. I will never change doctors again and am encouraging my family to see her.

It's really hard to find a doctor that dies not seem to feel rushed with appointments. I have NEVER felt that Dr. Jen has felt rushed or unfocused because of being overwhelmed by her workload, although I am certain that she is extremely busy.

Patient must be 15 minutes early, but doctor can be 45 minutes late. This wastes an hour of my working schedule in a day. Pick a time and be on time!
