It's really hard to find a doctor that dies not seem to feel rushed with appointments. I have NEVER felt that Dr. Jen has felt rushed or unfocused because of being overwhelmed by her workload, although I am certain that she is extremely busy.

My Care given to me by Dr. Jen and the staff are so good that when a friend of mine moved back from Florida I referred her to Dr. Jen.

Dr. Jennifer Szalkowski and staff were very sympathetic and thoughtful to my situation. But they always are. Her office people are always kind. I hope they never stop caring!

All of the staff provide excellent care so I cannot name any 1 specific staff member as they are all exceptional.

Patient must be 15 minutes early, but doctor can be 45 minutes late. This wastes an hour of my working schedule in a day. Pick a time and be on time!

From the nurse to the staff.As well as the doctor herself were all exceptionally kind welcoming and professional. I really felt special.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I live that she spends adequate time with patients and that's why I go there. But, when you wait in a room for a half hour after your appt time that is frustrating. If someone just poked there head in and gave expected wait time that would really help.

Dr Szalkowski is wonderful. She listens. Really listens. She explains things and makes sure I understand. I’m a partner in my health care and that’s a great feeling. I feel safe knowing I can bring concerns to her either in appointment or through my chart and she will take it seriously. As a woman of a certain age I’ve had doctors who answered my questions with “You don’t need to be worried about that.” Any question was seen as worry and not taken as looking for more information or validating what I’ve been told. She is a great doctor.

Dr Jennifer Szalkowski is very thorough in her exam and listens to any issues you ask her about. She never rushes the appointment . She makes sure everything is covered and makes you feel comfortable. She is a very caring physician.
