He ripped apart my job, saying it was bogus. He tried to blame me for the car accident I was in (even though I was in no way at fault), dismissed numerous concerns by saying I was “fine”. It felt like I had to fight with him to get him to take me seriously.

the only thing I can think of is that Dr. Shah was unable to read the CD I provided of my brain MRI because his computer didn't have the Program which which could read it, which made the CD from MDR useless. And it says on the disc, the appropriate Program is need to do so. Doesn't St. Joseph's keep up with what it's service providers (MDR) expects it to do?
