the only thing I can think of is that Dr. Shah was unable to read the CD I provided of my brain MRI because his computer didn't have the Program which which could read it, which made the CD from MDR useless. And it says on the disc, the appropriate Program is need to do so. Doesn't St. Joseph's keep up with what it's service providers (MDR) expects it to do?

I would suggest the provider work on their bedside manner. Patients go to doctors for help in most cases. We definitely don't go to be belittled. I will not be returning to this office.
