I was happy to see that the ceiling tiles were fixed and a fresh coat of paint was applied, or the lighting was better in the receptionist area. Patients rotate in and out of the examination room very quickly. Not sure if exam room is being sanitized properly.

Very thorough examination very satisfied. Need more consultaion to better understand the need for MRI and possible treatment of what might show up. Also to understand possible reasons for instability. Highly recommend doctor

The doctor provides excellent care. The only thing he needs is someone who speaks Spanish to translate better. He would really need that to make you feel comfortable in your own language, to have someone explain health to you, which is very important. Thank you.

The diagnosis that Dr. Jafri gave me was diabetic neuropathy, but he failed to touch on trigeminal neuralgia and taking an MRI and offering me solutions or medical advice on how I could deal with that. I have books on that in my library that tell me how I could deal for it myself. But I want to hear from the doctor, acupuncture, all kinds of other things that could have been, herbs and so on. My left face is numb. I got that from, probably got it from Gamma Knife Surgery. It's called, it's called anesthesia dolorosa. And, with that every day. I get up in the morning.

Dr. Jafri is one of the greatest doctors around. His support staff front desk is very rude and disrespectful. They never answer the phones. Also, we were never informed that his office was being moved. This was a terrible inconvenience. Because of his rude staff, I will search for another provider. No one needs to be disrespected like this. Kindly address this.
