Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Shawna is the best and I am truly thankful to be her patient. I was a patient with her over 30 or more years ago. I needed to get a PC so I was glad while scrolling through to see her and upon contacting her office they welcomed me to have her be my PC Doctor.

I really do appreciate Dr Shawna accepting interpreter as I’m deaf. She very helpful with my needs due to my health and etc. I love her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Shawna is always excellent and professional. Even if I must wait some before I see her, it is because she spends what time is necessary with each of her patients. Knowing this commitment to each of us, I don’t mind waiting; for I know she will give me the same awesome care and treatment as all of her patients.

I had to wait 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment to see Shawna. That is unacceptable and I was on my way out the door when she finished with another patient. If I was 45 minutes late I wouldn’t be seen and probably be charged for visit anyway. I felt rushed, not by Shawna but by the fact that she was so late to see me. I felt that if I took the time for her an answer my questions that would put her even later in seeing her next patient. And that was very upsetting to me, and stressed me out. So I rushed the meeting because I felt so bad for the next patient in line. My last two visits to the Collinsville office have been the same.

Everyone is always very kind and patient, my dr Shawna is very exceptional, she never seems in a hurry, she explains everything in full detail she makes sure I understand what she is saying to me, She is always very helpful, kind and understanding, I think Shawna is the best Dr and person to me and everyone!

Shawna is a great listener and provides quality care for her patients! Shawna cares about each person as an individual , not a number of patients required. I love Shawna’s bedside manner and the fact she teaches others to be a P A . The staff works well together and is receptive to meet your needs as well. A five star facility indeed!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I appreciated the amount of time Shawna (PA-C) spent with me going over in detail my symptoms and what we could do to manage them. Never did I feel rushed, unheard, or otherwise uninvolved in my care. I value her competency and recommendations for my unusual set of symptoms.

Couldn’t ask for a better physician she is caring she is understanding she reaches out Beyond to help me in anyway, she can gives me many options that makes me feel comfortable. She is very compassionate. The staff is so compassionate. They are a keeper. Don’t let them go.
