My husband and I have gone to Shawna Swinigin for several years . She is a very friendly knowledgeable lady. She CARES about her patients and it truly shows. We don’t ever want to go to another person for family medical care.

Shawna always goes above expectations. Explains everything clearly, listens closely to my complaints, I hope she never leaves collinsville

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Shawna has always been an excellent PA. I’ve been seeing her for many years. She steers me in the right direction and advises me of any new blood work issues I may have. She has always been efficient and timely. I certainly will miss Cheryl who will be retiring soon. Best of luck to her.

Dr Shawna always comes in with a warm smile. She takes her time, and listens to any concerns I might have. She is very informed on everything, and always explains how and why we should consider certain options. She's awesome!

I was taken care of to the end of my visit all personnel were pleasant and great with their task until seen by the doctor.

Shawna Swinigan is always nice to talk to about my concerns. She listens and validates my feelings/concerns and always follows up appropriately. I have recommended her to many people for a PCP. She’s excellent.

Dr Swinagan delivered tough news in a very respectful way - I learned I have diabetes but she was ready with a plan and believes I can have good health on this plan

Nothing- dr Swinagan and team are the best medical staff I have ever had and I’m so glad they are in my home town of Collinsville

Every person I encountered was exceptional at their job. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and know me when I come in even though I have only been there a couple times. Shawna is amazing and I feel very fortunate I found her and this practice.

The Dr is always very pleasant and informative about any questions or concerns I have. She explains everything in detail. She is the best Doctor I have ever had.

Shawna is an excellent care giver! Not only does she explain everything she will bring up pictures on internet to explain what's going on, she has even drawn pictures before. She takes her time, never rushed
