Everyone is professional courteous compassionate and caring Respectful and extremely curious about the condition of my health I am very grateful for the care that I have received Shawna and the staff are top level professionals and providers

Every person I encountered was exceptional at their job. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and know me when I come in even though I have only been there a couple times. Shawna is amazing and I feel very fortunate I found her and this practice.

The Dr is always very pleasant and informative about any questions or concerns I have. She explains everything in detail. She is the best Doctor I have ever had.

Shawna is an excellent care giver! Not only does she explain everything she will bring up pictures on internet to explain what's going on, she has even drawn pictures before. She takes her time, never rushed

Shawna is the best and I am truly thankful to be her patient. I was a patient with her over 30 or more years ago. I needed to get a PC so I was glad while scrolling through to see her and upon contacting her office they welcomed me to have her be my PC Doctor.

I really do appreciate Dr Shawna accepting interpreter as I’m deaf. She very helpful with my needs due to my health and etc. I love her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Shawna is always excellent and professional. Even if I must wait some before I see her, it is because she spends what time is necessary with each of her patients. Knowing this commitment to each of us, I don’t mind waiting; for I know she will give me the same awesome care and treatment as all of her patients.

I had to wait 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment to see Shawna. That is unacceptable and I was on my way out the door when she finished with another patient. If I was 45 minutes late I wouldn’t be seen and probably be charged for visit anyway. I felt rushed, not by Shawna but by the fact that she was so late to see me. I felt that if I took the time for her an answer my questions that would put her even later in seeing her next patient. And that was very upsetting to me, and stressed me out. So I rushed the meeting because I felt so bad for the next patient in line. My last two visits to the Collinsville office have been the same.
