Everyone of the staff is kind, professional and caring. Was sad that Dr. Shah has left the practice, she really helped me with my RA. and was so knowledgeable about different drug interactions upon my health.

Dr. Shah is fantastic, (as are all of the other office staff I have encountered so far). Dr. Shah is very personable and took the time to answer all my questions during my first appointment despite the office being severely understaffed with doctors at the moment. However, now that I've gotten my lab results back and there are some concerning results, I have to wait over a month to discuss with the doctor because I can't get back in for another appointment until June [ ] (and I was lucky to get an appointment as soon as a month out). So now I just have to wait, meanwhile freaking out a bit until I can talk to the doctor about any potential autoimmune disease(s) I may have. The understaffing is not Dr. Shah's fault, but it would be greatly appreciated if I could have a quick phone call or telehealth appointment for her to allay any fears, or for her to go ahead and schedule any more necessary labs ASAP rather than having to wait for the next available in-person appointment (not to mention once the labs are ordered it takes forever to schedule an appointment with Quest). I also sent a message through the portal to this effect, and someone responded that the lab results "were not a diagnosis" which felt dismissive and didn't make me feel any better while I wait.

I like the thoroughness of the physician, Dr. Shah. She ordered bloodwork and X-rays BUT my solo appointment isn't until September? That's crazy.
